Post Christmas sadness

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. Ours was lovely, but I missed our families a lot. We got lots of wonderful gifts. And had a good time skyping with the people we love.










We spent the day eating lots of yummy vegan food. And I had an 11 miler scheduled that I thankfully got done before it started to rain. All in all it was a very relaxing day that I wish we could have more of.

Back to work for Eric. Well, kind of. He works a three day work week this week. I worked yesterday, and not again until next Sunday which will be my last day.

I am looking forward to this upcoming Friday. We are going snowshoeing on Mt. Hood.!!! The Schads asked us if we could house sit for them, and of course we said yes because not only does that mean we get a kitchen to cook in, but we also get their car! So we are going to take it up the Mt. for some fun times!

Not much going on until the weekend though, so I'm ready for it to be here!! =o)
